Underground Railroad Quilt by Eleanor Burns, on loan to Gathering Fabric for traveling trunk show. The Saturday Sampler project creates monthly blocks which are assembled into a quilt like this upon completion.

Saturday Sampler 2004 began on January 3rd, 2004. Blocks are available on the first Saturday of every month beginning at 9AM. Should you not be able to make it this day, you may pick up your block throughout the rest of the month, but not before the first Saturday of the month. Participants must pick up their own blocks. We will spice up our Saturdays with food and fun, so plan to explore the story of the Underground Railroad with Eleanor Burns and the staff at Gathering Fabric.

Our current block is North Star. Please refer to your Quilt in a Day book, Underground Railroad, for cutting and assembly instructions. We will have demonstration blocks at the shop while we are doing our blocks each month.
